Each D'ORSAY Perfume Extract is a powerful love potion. Concentrated at over 30%, this Perfume Extract reveals its intensity from the very first notes, and unfolds its volume and tenacity in a deep trail.
Dominique Ropion's sole objective is to draw inspiration from nature, the better to detach oneself from it, and turn perfume into a sensual, erotic work of art that weaves "a bond between two bodies of flesh".

AN INSPIRING NAME
The name Flower Lust is obviously very inspiring. I imagined an olfactory encounter between 2 worlds evoking excess, passion and excessiveness. A very sensual and powerful fragrance, deep and intoxicating, a kind of love potion.
A UNIQUE OLFACTORY STRUCTURE
The structure of the fragrance was imagined as 2 elements that meet and merge in a passionate union. On the one hand, we have a powerful, warm floral bouquet of Ylang Ylang and Orange Blossom, and on the other, a sensual, enveloping, woody, amber base. I chose to work with a duo of white flowers, very sensual and carnal. The Orange Blossom accord brings warmth to the note and an addictive honeyed dimension. Ylang-Ylang has an excellent quality from Monique Rémi LMR laboratories-intensely floral, giving the note a powerful radiance. I also chose this material for its leathery, almost animalic dimension, which sensualizes the note and gives it depth.
