How to place an order on the D'ORSAY website?
Select your fragrance, add it to your cart and follow the secure payment steps until order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For orders over €80, we also offer payment in 3 installments with no added fees through our partner Alma.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are fully secured through Shopify. Your bank details never pass through our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics team. Therefore, any changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We encourage you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
Can you send me a sample?
With every order, we offer a sample to test your chosen fragrance and two samples of your choice to discover new scents. We cannot ship just one sample, but you can try our perfumes through our discovery offers . For every purchase of a sample set, a discount code equal to the set's value will be sent to you to confirm your discovery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method, from 24–48 hours for express shipping to a few business days internationally.

Are customs fees included?
Yes, except for orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Canada, local taxes are payable upon receipt.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
What are the delivery times, methods and costs?
To offer you the best possible experience, several delivery options are available.
In mainland France, several delivery options are available:
- Delivery to a collection point: Mondial Relay. Your order will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days after preparation. You have 5 days to collect it. Delivery costs €3.90 and are free for orders over €60.
- Standard delivery : handled by Colissimo, your order will be delivered within approximately 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs of €6.50 are waived for orders over €180.
- Express delivery : via Chronopost, for delivery within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The cost is €12.
Click & Collect : Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 2 PM and 2:30 PM to 7 PM at 44 Rue du Bac, 7th arrondissement. Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect your order. Your order is prepared the same day, and you will receive an email notification as soon as it is ready. You then have 6 days to collect it in store, at no extra charge.- Same-day courier delivery for all orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Only within Paris city limits.

UNITED STATES :
- Economy: Delivery in 5 to 8 business days. Delivery fee is $12, free on orders over $165.
- Standard shipping: delivery in 3 to 4 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders of $165 or more.
- Express: Delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are $50, free on orders over $300.
What should I do if my package is marked as “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
We invite you to carry out a few checks :
- Check your mailbox
- Check with your caretaker.
- Ask your neighbors , who may have received it on your behalf.
If your package is still missing, our Customer Relations Service is available to assist you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my perfume?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to request a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (except gift wrapping) with any accessories. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email us at alfred@dorsay.com , indicating your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by D'ORSAY (France only). Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to the card used for the original purchase. Processing time is 2 to 6 days.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund is issued after receipt and verification of the returned product, via the original payment method.
Can I return a personalized item?
A personalized creation is unique… and therefore final. In accordance with our return policy, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return a sample kit?
No, sample kits are not returnable.
Manufacturing
Where are D'ORSAY creations made?
All the fragrances and creations of Maison D'ORSAY are designed and manufactured in France. Fragrances are made between Paris and Grasse, then packaged on site. The glasses were the subject of a dedicated production between Normandy and the Hauts de France. Solid brass objects in a Doubs jewelry workshop.
What is the origin of our ingredients?
A perfumer’s palette is always made up of natural ingredients and synthetic ingredients. Synthetic ingredients allow for example to reproduce elusive notes like for example the violet whose smell is known to escape at the moment when it is felt, they also allow the perfumer to bring a unique singularity to a basic note.
What are our commitments?
Our ingredients are responsibly sourced. Our products are never tested on animals. Our packaging is made in France from paper sourced from sustainable resources guaranteed by the Forest Stewardship Council.
HISTORICAL FRAGRANCES
I can no longer find my fragrance on the website, does it still exist?
Some historical fragrances have been reworked and modernized. You can find some of them in our Legacy collection.
Which fragrance matches with Tilleul ?
The Eau de Toilette Tilleul, historically created in 1915 is now presented under the name of Vouloir être ailleurs. C.G. Reinvented by Olivia Giacobetti in 1995, C.G. is a true perfume of comfort and tenderness, and remains one of the House's best-sellers. With this fragrance, you will be able to take all the time in the world and won't scare away happiness. You can find this fragrance on our website or in our store rue du Bac.
Which fragrance matches with Chevalier ?
Le Chevalier d'Orsay is a creation of 1911, it is a Citrus, Spicy, which is built around an ambery fern. This perfume is similar to our fragrance "C'est toujours agréable d'être attendu. O.W.", a woody, spicy, built around the main notes: Lemon, Ginger, Vetiver.
