Declaration
Of Love
In its tiny, sweet voice, “Vouloir être ailleurs” transports us back to heady, carefree times. Linden flower, Honey and Freshly-Cut Hay take us back to when we were 15. Almost adults yet cradled by the perfumes of our childhood. Little did we know then, that in just a few days, we would be grown up for good. A radiant interlude.
Creation
Historically called Tilleul and published in 1915, Vouloir être ailleurs. C.G was reinvented by Olivia Giacobetti in 1995. A true fragrance of comfort and tenderness, it remains one of the House’s best sellers.
With this perfume, you can take all the time in the world and not run away from happiness.
Evocation
D'ORSAY imagines special fragrances, evoking the universality of the state of love and exploring its many facets: caring love, free, paradoxical, ardent, adventurous, tender, striking, impulsive, sincere, spiritual, secret, tactile, unwavering… D'ORSAY perfumes are designed for couples, echoing the first historic fragrance designed in 1830 by Alfred d'Orsay for him and Marguerite Blessington.
Each creation is named after an index sentence, signed with the initials of a personality whose identity is left to the imagination of each.
